Here are two of my favorite videos:
1) a FREE video (.wmv) that does an excellent job showing the different forces needed to break glass lenses, plastic lenses, and high impact polycarbonate lenses. I am making this 3 minute video part of my annual PPE training just so they can see it for their own eyes.
2) Click Here (.wmv) to see a WA-OSHA eye safety video where they also shoot a pair of ANSI approved and non-ANSI safety glasses to demonstrate the effects
Also, one of my favorites from MANY YEARS back is this NIOSH/ANSI photo showing the differences in lens materials when a test ball makes contact with the lens.
