Team Leader felt an electric shock when he touched the computer table which is made by metal material. Immediately, he stopped working and notified shift electrician to come to check. The electrician came and checked the table by VOM which indicated 105 AC Volts. Electrician isolated power supply to the CPU for full inspection, found no earth cable connected. He fixed this problem and reported the case in shift report. The incident was not reported until the next day and the employee was sent to Ba Ria hospital for ECG.
