I took this photo last week at a company, which I will not name, where they were using a chain as a safety lanyard on the harness for the stock picker. The operator demonstrated it for me and did not mind being photographed wearing it! I refused to assess the applicant for his license until the company changed the chain for a legal lanyard which took them approximately 3 minutes to find, on another machine.
