This is from a surveillance camera at a gas station during business hours, this captures a fuel truck delivery driver and a fire that results from flammable gasoline vapors escaping from the underground tank as the delivery is made. As a car approaches the station heat from the brakes and or engine ignite the gasoline vapor resulting in a large flame ball and the resulting fire.
