Without a doubt, the BEST video I have come across that explains the workings of OSHA Inspections. It covers ALL ASPECTS of how OSHA determines who gets inspected, the types of inspections, the process of the actual inspection, the types of citations and the penalties, employer and employee rights, etc. It is 18 minutes, but I would HIGHLY recommend that management teams, including front line supervisors view this video. I would even bet, some safety professionals who have not been involved in OSHA inspections before, would learn a thing or two from this video. The video even mentions VPP and how these sites fit into OSHA’s inspection program. The video footage is a bit aged, but they have updated the actual technical info with up-to-date and accurate info.
