Spray on Sunscreen is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE!

Let it be known that what burned on this young man was NOT the sunscreen lotion, but the propellant used to “spray” the sunscreen out of the can.  In almost all non-edible sprays, the propellant will be a highly flammable material with a very high Vapor Pressure.

As the young man states in the video, he sprayed on the sun screen and within a minute he went to light his grill and his arm ignited.  The video makes it sound as if the lotion was burning, but I can without a doubt say that this was the flammable propellant burning.  As the can states…. FLAMMABLE, Keep away from flame.  None the less, this video is an eye opener for us all that when using the spray on sunscreen we should stay away and KEEP THE KIDS AWAY from any open flames such as fireworks, grills, campfires, lanterns, etc.  A WISE CAUTION about summer time fun and safety!
