Pressure Test gone BAD (Fatality)

On September 20, 2018, an employee was performing a pressure test of a residential sewer line when he was struck in the eye by a small piece of a pneumatic quick connection of a pressure test kit.

The employee was transported to a local hospital and then transferred to Loyola Hospital, where he died five days later.
