In the video, you can see the gas company employees placing the ladder and pulling the hose that runs from the unit with the pipe. In an instant, the hose apparently ruptured, and it shot out; even the final section of the hose, where the dispensing pump is located, was about to hit another worker, who quickly covered his head and ran, as did the owner of the house.
Minutes later, another worker ran to the unit and closed the valve, stopping the LP gas emissions and preventing the leak from continuing.
The owner of the house where the video was recorded, and where they were about to charge LP gas, calls on the Civil Protection authorities to inspect the conditions in which the pipes of that company and other similar operators. They commented that the accident may have been due to a lack of maintenance of the unit or its connections. In addition, the leak occurred in the middle of a public road.
