I sure hope I am being duped by Ai once again, as this video has NO place in the year 2025! We can not make this stuff up, which leads me to wonder if this is fake. Their reaction seems a bit off, assuming the two workers under the load were killed or seriously injured. They could have gotten very lucky and gotten out of the way of the falling pipe. Why on earth the worker was riding the load/pipe is beyond me. But no worries —everyone was wearing their High Vis vests, so they were indeed being safe.
