I just got these today (5/23/11). There is not much info on them other than the incident that happened during another pneumatic (NOT hydro) pressure test. I do not yet know the pressures involved, $$$ of damage, injuries, etc. It appears to have occurred in China based on the letters on the buildings. Members can download a pdf of these photos in my next update to the website. I am hopeful by then; I will have some facts to go along with the photos.
