Photo of the Week

Would you buy scaffolding from a company that does their “safety testing” in this manner?  Many thanks to my friends down under for sharing this one with us.  The company must be proud of their photo as they plastered their logo all over it – maybe a mistake????  

  You’re eyes do not deceive you!  That is a truck mounted manlift that has been removed from the truck and moditifed.  I think somone has been watching too many transformer movies!

While being drug through store after store this weekend I decided to take the opportunity to get some photos to share.  This week’s photo is one that many do NOT believe me when I tell them that not all plastic gas cans have a UL, FM, ASTM, certification.  This particular photo is of a 5-gallon

This week’s photo is a “Warning” message on the back of a respirator cleaning wipe.  We have all seen the list of stupid warnings on everyday products, but this one took me back a bit.

I am continuing on with my Hotwork crusade this week.  This is an oldie but one photo that will not be easily forgotten.  A welder lost his life in this accident and a family lost a father, best friend and bread winner!  The worker was welding on the “empty trailer” that had last contained alcohol.
