This video is used to demonstrate improper LNG fueling. This operator did not continue with this fueling company and the company now uses this video segment as a training video to review improper safety procedures that took place. This film intent is to be used for training purposes only.

And we wonder how PRCS fatalities still happen in the USA!?!?!?!  What Larry, Mo and Curly do their entry.  And for those who believe that public works projects does not need OSHA to drive safety, well here is some evidence that position may be a bit flawed.  Notice the non-entry rescue capabilities, air monitoring, etc.!

Although this video is for the Mining Industry, LOTO practices ring true in EVERY INDUSTRY!  The video is short (30 seconds) and to the point, BUT I AM WARNING anyone who is upset easily to NOT view this video.  Even though it is FAKE, some may find it upsetting.
