It was established that in order to penetrate inside the TP, the person jumped over the fence and forced the special lock on the 6kV door. Following some manipulations, the man caused a short circuit, which led to a series of damaged triggers for the protection of MT (6kV) from central stations. At the scene, power company employees and first responders noticed an extension cord and a bag with instruments, and on the knife of the switch (in ID – 6kV) saw the right hand on the switch, with the traces of a missing person fracture at that time.

The result of the inspection was immediately reported to the Dispatch, which requested through the Single Emergency Service 112 the involvement of ambulance and police crews. Soon, the Dispatch was told that some passers-by had found an electrocuted person, who was picked up by the ambulance from the street and admitted to the trauma hospital.
