Here is the photo in full size. Do you see it now? Duct Tape, although it has a million and one uses, it does not come with a permeation rate for uses like that shown above! If this responder/worker is so worried about his head being exposed to the chemical, LEVEL A should have been used. NEVER use duct tape or any other tape to close gaps between pieces of PPE or to make repairs to PPE.
