My friend, and one of my favorite safety authors Jim Roughton, has launched a series of safety videos on his youtube channel that are OUTSTANDING! These videos are about 5 minutes each and are a MUST SEE for all safety professionals AND management teams looking to get a step-change in their safety performance.
Jim’s ability to take a set of complex ideas and break them down into simple and clearly established steps is what makes these videos INVALUABLE to us. There is no need to spend tens of thousands of dollars on high priced consultants! Jim’s videos can walk the safety team and the management team through the basics of how to implement a “new way to do safety” that will produce results like nothing before!
This is an UNSOLCITED endorsement of Jim’s videos. I believe in Jim’s work and have followed him for many years. It is his series of JSA books that got me hooked on his work a number of years ago. There are not many in our field as knowledgeable, passionate, and straight to the point as Jim! I encourage you to take 20-30 minutes and watch his video series on Safety Culture.
