You Lose. mobilization and National Drunk and Drugged Driving Prevention (3D) Month effort is crucial. Highly visible enforcement coupled with heightened public awareness is the most effective way to stop impaired driving in our communities. When law enforcement and communities mobilize against drinking and driving, lives are saved. But to be truly successful, each organization must take a comprehensive approach. The challenge is too great for any one group to tackle alone but achievable by everyone working together. Highly visible enforcement coupled with heightened public awareness is the most effective way to stop impaired driving in our communities. As a safety advocate, your participation will help make the streets safer. You can educate the public, your co-workers, and family and encourage responsible decision-making. And if you are involved with youth programs, your influence can be particularly effective in stopping the problem of impaired driving before it starts. You Drink & Drive. Reducing the death toll involving impaired driving crashes represents a major commitment on your part. But to reduce these needless tragedies we must begin at the facility level. You’re holding the keys to success. And your commitment to participate in this years campaign is a pledge to make our roadways and communities safer by intensifying comprehensive efforts against impaired driving. You’ll be joining organizations around the world to get impaired drivers off the road. Your participation will help people in your community recognize the deadly costs of impaired driving, and encourage them to act more responsibly. I am hopeful you will join us and spread these massages to your co-workers, friends and family’s.
