  1. pressuring testing vessels should be left to serious experts in pressure testing! Pressure testing piping is dangerous enough; vessels (even smaller ones) is entirely different risk level
  2. ASME states that Hydrostatic Testing is the PREFERRED method, and pneumatic testing is ONLY allowed when the Hydrostatic Test method would:
