OSHRC affirms HAZCOM and LOTO citations at chicken processing plant
Citations issued for health and safety violations were affirmed by an administrative law judge from the independent OSHRC, upholding an earlier decision by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
