How many guarding/hazard concerns do you see in this single pic?

Now I am no construction safety or crane expert, but not so sure I would be posing with this piece of work!  Heck he is already under a load just by standing there.

The next time someone says safety is just common sense… well now we can see what that gets us!

A safety pro has to wonder if the lights are locked out!?!?

These pics are becoming far too common!  This one we can see that there is no driver, maybe he climbed up to hold the ladder!

Something tells me neither manufacturer intended their tool to be used like that!

 We just can’t even stage these pics!  For those who think the tank may be “empty”… a thank “assumed to be empty” is more dangerous than a full tank!

You wondered what I meant when I said “E-Stop Guarding”, now you see what I meant.  The rationale was the E-stop was too easy to hit so they decided they needed to guard it.
