Yet again we find a group of workers who have failed to recognize the idea of one as UNSAFE. But of course, they are SAFE because they have on all their required PPE, including their hi-vis safety vests.

Anyone else notice the number of shocker photos making their rounds that show workers wearing their fluorescent safety vest while doing some awfully UNSAFE acts?!?!? I mean I get the idea with the hi-vis vests and all and I am a supporter of the concept, but I think some companies may be fooling themselves into thinking
