CAUTION!  Viewer Discretion ADVISED.  This video shows an entrant being badly burned as he enters a 6,000 gallon underground gasoline storage tank.  Heat from a halogen work light that was lowered into the tank ignited gasoline vapors. The worker sustained a head injury and severe burns to several areas of his body. He was taken

VIEWER DISCRETION ADIVSED!  Nothing gruesome, but the video does show a worker being burined in tons of goods.  He did not survive.  

And we wonder how accidents happen.  From my observation, this does NOT appear to be a surprise to the workers!  Seems they are fully expecting this to happen and right next to a roadway none the less.

 This is some serious energy!  Imagine this type of failure occurring while in service within a process area.

This is from a surveillance camera at a gas station during business hours, this captures a fuel truck delivery driver and a fire that results from flammable gasoline vapors escaping from the underground tank as the delivery is made.
